TEBAR - LOS AREJOS - SAN FELIPE, FINCAS
We have a few inland farms with acres of countryside. Normally they are planted with olive and almond trees. Great places to raise horses as you can ride freely over your land and travel miles through ramblas and tracks.
They range from around 2 acres to 90 acres. This is a substantial area of land.
There is a lot of work involved upgrading one of these properties but we can manage the process for anyone with the heart and soul to want to take a step back and enjoy the peace and solitude of a life more associated with days gone by.
Prices from 90,000 to 600,000 euros.
Murcia is our Home Region and offers a quality of life that perhaps only California can equal. Warm sunny weather, little rain and gastronomic pleasures abound.

Aguilas Information Guide.
The town stands on a coastal area of 35 km, under the surveillance of its restored castle of San Juan de las Aguilas and on the southern-most tip of the region. This municipality has been inhabited since the Palaeolithic age, and many cultures including the Argaric, Phoenician, Roman and Moslem people have left traces here. Of particular interest are the Roman remains which date from the 1st to 4th century.
Modern marinas, sports centre and natural virgin coastline add to the historical interests.
Blessed with a yearly average of around 290 sunny days and average temperature of 19 degrees
